  1. Change the fuzzy search on title and description to include AND operation so it consider all words in the fuzzy match to provide more accuracy result
  2. The search will consider parameter/vocabs/ogranization with similar matching for example "CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere" will hit result where organisation_vocabs is "CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere"
